Dr. Pilipis has specific training and experience in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), one of the most commonly used, evidence-based treatments for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). In her therapeutic work, she specializes in the treatment of BPD and incorporates DBT methods into individual therapy. She also provides a variety of assessment services, which include but are not limited to assessment of intelligence, achievement, development, emotional/social concerns, and personality. Dr. Pilipis also specializes in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing comprehensive evaluations that incorporate standardized testing (e.g., ADOS) and multiple sources of information (i.e., parents, school personnel, physicians).
